Real Estate Shoot in Princeton, NJ

Modern kitchen with dark granite countertops and wooden cabinets.

I recently completed an interior real estate photography shoot for a two-bedroom, three-bath condominium in Princeton, New Jersey, represented by agent Donna Murray.

This condo had a lot to show off. I photographed the home from multiple angles in every room, including the primary suite, second bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, loft, garage, and closets, so prospective buyers can get a clear sense of the layout and the space before they ever step inside.

The kitchen stood out right away, with rich wood cabinetry, dark granite counters, and an open feel that flows into the living area and its fireplace. Warm hardwood floors run throughout the home, and the living spaces feel bright and open, with a loft overlooking the main level and a skylight bringing in plenty of natural light. The staircase, entry, and open living areas all photographed beautifully, and the little details, like the grandfather clock in the living room and the fireplace beside the sliding doors to the backyard, really gave the home its character.

As with every shoot, I took my time with the details. I turned the lights on as I worked through each room, checked fixtures and closets I might have otherwise missed, and then made sure everything was turned back off before I left. I entered using an access code without an agent present, so securing the home and leaving it exactly as I found it mattered even more.

I also grabbed a limited exterior view, since parking and the setup outside were tight, but the focus of this shoot was the interior, and it shows well.

It was a pleasure photographing this Princeton condo for Donna Murray, and I am glad the photos give buyers a true feel for the home.
